Where science and humanity meet
Hypnotherapy is a supportive approach that uses the hypnotic state to help individuals access their inner resources and work toward personal or therapeutic goals.
The hypnotic state is a natural state of focused attention and concentration, similar to being deeply absorbed in an activity, a book, or a thought. Unlike stage hypnosis, you remain aware of what is happening, retain your free will, and can end the experience at any time.
Through a personalized, compassionate, and respectful approach, our hypnotherapist supports you based on your needs, pace, and goals. Hypnosis can help modify certain perceptions, reactions, or habits and support the development of strategies to better cope with various situations.
Hypnosis is not intended to transform you into someone else. Rather, it helps you reconnect with, develop, and use your own resources so you can move toward what matters to you.
Our goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can progress at your own pace toward the changes you wish to make.
An Approach Tailored to Your Reality
There is no single way to practise hypnosis. Each therapeutic journey begins with carefully listening to your situation, needs, and goals. Sessions are then personalized according to your progress, preferences, and individual circumstances.
The experience and effects of hypnosis may vary from one person to another. Your engagement in the process, motivation to make changes, and the trusting relationship established with your hypnotherapist may also influence your progress.

No. Hypnosis cannot make you act against your will. You remain free to accept or reject any suggestions offered during the session.
-
Can everyone be hypnotized?
Most people can experience a hypnotic state, but the experience and degree of absorption vary from person to person. The approach is adapted to your responsiveness and comfort level.
