Acupuncture is a recognized practice that involves stimulating specific points on the body, primarily using thin needles. It aims to support the body’s natural balance and may help relieve pain and reduce various symptoms or discomforts.

Each treatment is personalized according to your health condition, needs, and goals. The acupuncturist considers your symptoms as a whole, how they have evolved, your lifestyle habits, and other factors that may affect your well-being.

Through a professional, compassionate, and attentive approach, our acupuncturist supports you throughout your care journey. Treatments are adapted to your age, sensitivity, and comfort level.

People may seek acupuncture for the following reasons. Reasons for consultation and the techniques used are adapted to each person’s age, health condition, and individual needs. Appointment Process

Initial Appointment – 75 Minutes

During the initial appointment, the acupuncturist reviews your health condition, symptoms, concerns, and goals. A comprehensive assessment is conducted to develop a personalized treatment plan.

The acupuncturist then explains their approach, answers your questions, and obtains your consent before beginning. An initial treatment is generally provided during this appointment when appropriate.

Follow-Up Appointments – 60 Minutes

At the beginning of each follow-up appointment, the acupuncturist reviews how your condition has progressed and how you responded to the previous treatment. The treatment is then adjusted according to your needs, progress, and goals.

The number and frequency of appointments may vary depending on the nature and duration of your symptoms, your response to treatment, and the plan established with the acupuncturist.
